Join us for a spring bike ride on Sunday, April 21st as we celebrate Earth Day 2024 at Newton North High School, presented by Newton’s own incredible environmental organization Green Newton.  There will be all sorts of activities, information, exhibits, music and fun from 12 noon to 4pm.

The group ride, led by Bike Newton will start at 1:00 pm, leaving from the Walnut St. parking lot.  We’ll go along the Charles River bike path through Waltham, through the Auburndale Cove, and return on Commonwealth Ave. to the Earth Day celebration at NNHS.   This is a family-friendly, “no-rider-left-behind” ride and all ages are invited, but all young children must be accompanied by an adult.  Bike helmets are required.   Approx. 10 miles roundtrip.  Be sure to check bikenewton.org for last-minute changes.
