Visit a museum on your bike!  Join us for a ride to the Rose Art Museum on the Brandeis University campus in Waltham.  We’ll ride down Comm. Ave in Newton and through the Auburndale Cove, and South St., and on the return, through the Mt. Feake Cemetery and more of the Blue Heron Trail on the Charles River.   The Museum opens at 11am, and admission is free, but you should register beforehand.    As a group we can decide how long to stay at the museum, but probably something like an hour.

Meet in front of the Newton Main Library on Homer St. in Newton Center, and we’ll leave at 10:30am.  This is a family-friendly, “no-rider-left-behind” ride and all ages are invited, but all young children must be accompanied by an adult. Bike helmets are required.  12 miles roundtrip.   Be sure to check bikenewton.org for any last-minute changes.
